 Located at the southeastern tip of Southern Illinois, along the beautiful Ohio River, is the Cave-in-Rock State Park Restaurant and Lodging Facility. Enjoy the comfort of the cabins and restaurant as you relax and unwind in this unspoiled nature area. 

Spend a night, or a week, in one of our cabins perched 80ft above the Ohio river on Pirate's Bluff and visit the legendary cave which gives the park its name. Although each cabin comes complete with a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, you can forget cooking, and dine in our family style restaurant. Our in season hours are Mon thru Thurs. 8am-7pm, Fri & Sat 8am-8pm, and Sun. 8am-6pm. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the dining room or enjoy the amazing view while dining on our patio. We offer a Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet and Sunday lunch and dinner buffet during in season April thru October.  Winter hours (Nov-March) Mon-Sat 8am-7pm and Sun 8am-3pm with lunch buffet on Sunday only from 11-3pm.  A full alcohol menu is available for your dining pleasure.

Take a step back in time as you explore the infamous cave and imagine the pirates that preyed on the unsuspecting families that traveled the Ohio River on flatboats, from Cincinnati, south to the Mississippi River.
